About Our Exclusively Female Studios

Two Studios. One Pack. Infinite Strength.

At SheWolf Fitness, we don’t just train—we transform. Our home in the plaza holds two powerhouse studios, each built for a different side of your strength:

  • 🏋️‍♀️ The Barbell Den: Our iron sanctuary. This is where the clang of weights and the fire of grit meet. Personal Training, Buddy Sessions, and our signature Girl POWER Hour were created to unleash the strength you didn’t even know you had. Located at 33431 Harper Avenue.

  • 🔥 SheWolf Forma: Our energy hub. Here, the room pulses with dance fitness, Hot Mat Pilates, Total Body Sculpt, and more. Every class is designed to sculpt, sweat, and empower—together. Located at 33464 Harper Avenue.

Girl POWER Hour blends barbell and dumbbell training with functional strength moves, designed to build muscle, burn fat, and skyrocket confidence. It’s not just about physical power—it’s about mental toughness, community, and unleashing the wolf inside you.
